Travel Check List

Documents

  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay)
  • Visa (when required)
  • Copies of important documents (ID, passport)
  • Travel tickets
  • Travel cancellation insurance
  • Health insurance card
  • Travel insurance including medical evacuation
  • Vaccination card (when required)
  • Driver’s license (for car or scooter rentals)
  • Other documents (student card, sailing license, log book…)
  • Emergency contact list (family, friends)
  • Medical assessment questionaire
  • Itinerary with embarkation point details

Money

  • Debit/credit cards & some cash in local currency for restaurants, visits, etc.

Electronics

  • Mobile phone with roaming and charger

Mandatory Embarkation Documents

 

The following documents will need to be handed over to the skipper upon embarkation:

  • Passport
  • Signed Waiver of Liability
  • Proof of travel insurance including medical evacuation
  • Medical certificate of good health
  • Medical assessment questionaire *
  • Emergency contact list * (family, friends)

    * Due to privacy concerns, you may bring these documents in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall only be opened at captain’s discretion and for his eyes only in the event of an emergency.
