meet our vessel captain
Gregory Boisdet
“A sailing enthusiast since age 6, I am a dedicated professional skipper with a high level of respect, knowledge and understanding for yachting.
Since 2018, I have logged over 50,000 nautical miles as a full-time skipper, delivering and operating leisure crafts. This experience has allowed me to sail a number of yachts ranging from 30 to 70-foot LOA. My previous ten-year background as a construction site manager translates well to the boating industry, providing me with valuable organizational skills and experience troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Whether on board or ashore, my people skills are an asset. I am said to be a good communicator and appreciated as a team leader. My grasp of French, English, Spanish and Italian also comes handy when dealing with multinational / cultural crews as well as with local authorities and craftsmen during stopovers.
Through the Enola Sailing Project we envisioned with my dear friend Steffen, I want to share my love for sailing with our fellow members, hoping to pass on my knowledge, experience, and healthy understanding and respect for the sea, always putting the safety of the vessel and its crew first.”
